Fundboo is an educational and organizational platform designed to help business owners understand and work through the process of building a fundable business profile and pursuing access to capital. Fundboo is not a lender, broker, financial advisor, or credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or any applicable state law.

Results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Access to capital depends on a wide range of factors that are outside of Fundboo's control, including but not limited to lender requirements, business history, industry type, personal and business profile status, and economic conditions. Fundboo makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood, amount, or timing of any capital access.

Nothing on this platform or in any Fundboo communication constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Users are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their situation.

The Accelerator program, including the $5,097 total investment ($97 application deposit + $5,000 enrollment), is a service agreement for consulting, strategy, and platform access. It does not guarantee funding, profile improvement within a specific timeframe, or any specific financial outcome.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fundboo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Service Description

Fundboo provides a subscription-based platform for business profile organization, document management, and capital pursuit guidance. Your subscription entitles you to access the tools and features available on the platform during your subscription period.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed on the schedule selected at checkout. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Program deposits (including the $97 Accelerator application deposit) are credited toward the total program cost and are non-refundable after submission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fundboo only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on any third party's rights, or submit false or misleading information.

4. Termination

Fundboo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundboo's liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount you paid to Fundboo in the 12 months preceding the claim. Fundboo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Privacy Policy

Fundboo collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business entity information, and any documents you upload to the platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate the Fundboo platform — including profile organization, document processing, and capital pursuit coordination. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest in Cloudflare R2. Structured data is stored in Cloudflare D1 databases. All data transmission occurs over HTTPS with TLS encryption.

Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare — Infrastructure, data storage, and hosting
• Whop — Payment processing for program deposits and enrollment
• Lob — Certified mail printing and delivery for dispute letters

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fundboo.com.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

SMS Policy

By providing your phone number to Fundboo, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account, including enrollment confirmations, payment receipts, and program updates.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your account access.

Email Policy

By creating a Fundboo account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account and program status. These include enrollment confirmations, payment receipts, and program milestone notifications.

You may opt out of non-transactional marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional emails related to your active account cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

Fundboo does not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
