When you use Fundboo, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and business entity information. We also collect documents you upload, including bureau reports, government- issued identification, proof of address, pay stubs, W-2 forms, and bank statements.
We use your information to operate the Fundboo platform, including report analysis, dispute letter generation, entity structuring, and funding coordination. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the services you have subscribed to.
All data is stored securely using Cloudflare infrastructure. Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest in Cloudflare R2 storage. Structured data is stored in Cloudflare D1 databases. Sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored as last-4 digits only.
We treat your personal financial data with the highest level of sensitivity. All data transmission occurs over HTTPS with TLS encryption.

Bureau reports uploaded to Fundboo are used exclusively for analysis and dispute letter generation on your behalf. We do not share report data with any third parties except as required to fulfill services (e.g., sending dispute letters to bureaus via certified mail).
