By accessing or using Fundboo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Fundboo is a process-based platform that provides tools for report analysis, dispute letter generation, business entity structuring, and funding coordination. Fundboo is a software platform — not a law firm or financial advisor.
Fundboo does not guarantee any specific results. We do not guarantee any particular score, report outcome, funding amount, loan approval, or financial result. The platform provides process-based tools and support. Individual results depend on many factors outside of Fundboo's control, including but not limited to:
Any figures referenced on the platform (including but not limited to "$350K", "800+", or any dollar amounts) are goals and aspirational targets — not promises, guarantees, or representations of expected results.
The following fees apply to the use of Fundboo:
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. There are no contracts, setup fees, or cancellation penalties. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for:
Documents you upload to Fundboo are used solely for platform services. Dispute letters generated by the platform are sent on your behalf via certified mail. You authorize Fundboo to generate and send dispute letters, furnisher validation demands, and related correspondence using the information you provide.
Fundboo generates dispute letters citing applicable federal law, including the Fair Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Debt Bondage Repair Act. These letters are sent to bureaus and furnishers on your behalf. Response outcomes are determined by the bureaus and furnishers, not by Fundboo.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Fundboo's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Fundboo platform, including its design, code, processes, and dispute letter templates, is the intellectual property of Fundboo. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, provide false information, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of Fundboo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
